If you are talking about the three different ones then here's how.

Kurt Zisa: Get to the last door in the End of the World then head to Olympus Coliseum and beat the Hades Cup, then got to Agrabah and talk to the Carpet, he'll take you to Kurt Zisa.

Phantom: Do the same as above but go to Neverland instead of Agrabah, then talk to Tinkerbell, she'll take you to the Clock Tower where you fight the Phantom.

(Use Stopra to stop the clock from counting down yor death. If he's White, attack, Red, Firaga, Blue, Blizzaga, and Yellow, Thundaga.)

You get Stopga when you beat him.

Xemnas: He's only in KH: Final Mix.

Even with this advice, you'll still need a lot of luck but fire surge tends to connect with him pretty well, so have 4 fire surges and 4 curagas in your command deck. Don't have any special blocks (stun block etc.) or anything like payback fang, this helps your dashing speeds.

Also only have the abilities you need equiped. Having exp gainers and anything like them is pointless in this battle, and having less abilities 'apparently' makes him easier to fight.

OR...

...you could find a way to hack it for infinite health (not my preffered choice).

depends there are many levels but first you must find every page of it before you can start and here is how to find em

After completing the second Traverse Town quest, an old book appears in Merlin's House. Specifically, it's a copy of Winnie-the-Pooh, although it's missing a few pages. To restore the different locations to Pooh's world, and in the process unlock a wide selection of mini-games and hidden items, find the following Torn Pages: Traverse Town: Rescue 51 Dalmatians. Agrabah: Dark Chamber in the Cave of Wonders. Monstro: Chamber 6. Halloweentown: The bookcase in the Doctor's Lab. Atlantica: Ariel's Grotto. Note that you can find the pages in any order -- the sections of the Wood are unlocked in the same order regardless of which pages you bring back when.

or if you already got em go to the place which is not clouded talk to winnie he will say his hungry go to his house talk when thats done run/walk out owl will tell you the rest and thats pretty much all

Yiu have to use the corresponding attavk to the floating ball in it's robe

Blue=blizzard

Red=fire

Yellow=thunder

White=physical

You also have to cast stop on the clock tower when the hands start to move
