On the Toy Story 3 game, you do not buy clothes. The clothes are hidden in little capsules, like the ones you get out of the quarter machine, and they are spread out all over the town. Once you find one you simply walk through it and it gets added to the Tailor Shop, which you can purchase in Al's tool barn.Once you have purchased the Tailor Shop, you simply pick up a towns person and throw them through the window of the shop. After that, a menu will pop up and you can clothe the towns person and pick from many unique styles!
