I found a product from Elmers at Walmart. I originally purchased to remove labels from glass..Out of desperation, not wanting to use turpentine or mineral spirits, I grabbed this up when I got Rusteoleum SPRAY PAINTall over my hands and nails. Used two cotton balls saturated, all came off in minutes. This is a 100% safe natural citrus product. No harmful solvents. Haven't tried it for labels yet, but bet it works great. Name: STICKY OUT
WARNING: This product is NOT 100% SAFE. Please read the warnings first...

Once dried, it usually takes friction to remove the paint. Like a gritty cleanser such as Ajax, Comet, Dutch Girl or a pot cleanser like a brillo pad or soap pad. There are hand cleaners especially made to remove paint usually with a grease compound to get rid of the paint.

You can clean it in hot water with a lot of soap. I do that anyway, after using thinner and it leaves my brushes soft and smooth.
Warm water, soap and a scrub brush should do it.
Take a paint brush, buy a can of white paint, and paint your hands and feet white-as-can-be! Happy painting!

I LIKE FLAT PAINT. IT IS CHEAPER AND EASIER TO CLEAN. TEXTURED PAINT IS HARDER TO CLEAN BECAUSE OF THE GROOVES IT CREATES. THIS IS WHY I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FLAT PAINT.

If you are White, your hands and feet are going too be white. If you are Black, your feet and hands are going too be dark. Outside of that, you would clean your hands really well, and maybe you could apply paint or makeup. If there are underlying health issues causing your hands to be darker than normal, see a doctor.
Plastic paint, like acrylic paint, cannot be cleaned with water or any chemical. Acrylic paint can only be cleaned with a clean, dry cloth.
