Level 45 is a real tricky one, actually, I'm stuck on it too. Of all the places I've been, here are the best answers of how to solve it.

1. Don't stop running when you are going through the course. This part isn't that hard- I have nailed it every time.

2. When your going down ladders be sure to click either the left or right arrow key so you will drop faster. It will really speed up your progress.

3. Once you get to the big purple bubble- well, this is where I die- start small. Don't go popping everything you see, try to finish your small ones before you pop again.

I also found that if you climb a ladder you can avoid getting hit by all of the bubbles coming your way.

Level 45 bubble struggle 2?

It's really hard - took me ages. There are no cheats. Go as quick as you can round the first bit. Don't shoot all the purple ones at once, so you are left with all the little ones - then you will run out of time. Shoot a purple one then get it's little bubbles. This is a good tip: stay in the left corner near the bouncy pad - that's what got me through! Then when you only have 5 or 6 little ones left run across and shoot them all (you will have to be quick).

What are organic wetlands?

Any swamp, marsh, or bog. The classification of whether a plot of land is a "wetland" or not depends on the soil type, level of saturation within the soil, and the flora found on the plot. Perhaps in this case the term "organic" refers to the level of peat in soil but I struggle to imagine an inorganic wetland.
