To unlock Dry Bowser on Mario Kart you have to get a star rank on every 150cc cup to get a star rank what I did was beat every track on the cup and stay in first about 75% of the time Dry Bowser is hard to unlock but worth it

There is no real tallness known or given for Dry Bones (or any of the characters in the games, for that matter), however, Dry Bones are usually around Mario's tallness.
On Mario Kart DS, you have to get first on all nitro cups on 50cc. On the Wii, you have to beat the 100cc leaf cup. Mario Kart 7 doesn't have Dry Bones.
Concentrate on hitting the switches in the order that they appear in. I usually ignore Dry Bones & head strait to the switchs.
