How do you evolve gengar?

Two ways. 1: get a GBA version, put it in, go to old chteau, go to the room with the pic with red eyes, and maybe run into the Pokemon somwhere. 2: get a haunter (or gastly and evolve it into haunter) and trade. If you find a grl in snowpoint that wants a medicham, dnt trade. She makes it hold an everstone, which keeps it from evolving.

Gardevoir does not evolve. You can evolve a female ralts into kirlia and finally evolve it into gardevoir at lv. 30. If you want gallade, it evolves from a male ralts into kirlia and needs a dawn stone to evolve into gallade.

First you have to evolve ghastly into haunter by leveling ghastly up to lvl 25 for it to evolve into haunter then all you have to do is trade it. You will have to trade again to get it back though.
