I've heard that you have to talk to gepetto (on the ship) and he'll give you a high jump ability. you then need to jump on the wooden planks ( near the ship) until you get to a door. thee should be a place that leads you to the stomach. after that there should be a boss fight. im trying this myself, so if im not right, sorry!
