When I was trying to close the roof I kept getting a sound as if the entire thing was off track and it sounded like grinding teeth, by the rear lamp their are two covers to the left and right facing the rear of the car. To the left the cap was removed and a bolt fell to the floor. I screwed it back and the roof worked perfectly.
