the Horns (there are two)are located behind the parking light lens areas. to access, crawl under the front and pull down the tar paper seal at each corner and look up. you may need to only remove the single power wire at the tab at each horn, sand paper the tab and reconnect. that's what I did to mine - horns were fine - contacts were just corroded.

To start with you have to determine the reason the horn has failed. Check the fuse, the horn relay, the horn switch/contacts in the steering wheel and the horn itself. Once you have found the cause then you can fix it.

You need to diagnose what is causing the problem. IT could be the horn switch on the steering wheel, the wiring, the fuse, relay, the horns themselves.
