if the motor in the door isn't working try a rubber hammer at the bottom of the door where the motor is located, some times a jolt will get it working, if that don't do it check for power , if there is power then you will have to replace the motor.
A lot of the time it is not the motor / window regulator itself but the little plastic regulator guide clips that break. I'd check this first because they are like $6 compared to over $100 for the full regulator motor.
