To get Pryce's phone number you must beat the elite four and go to the Lake of Rage between 6 and 10 AM. Then you should surf to an area that is located toward the bottom left. You will see Pryce standing there. Talk to him and give he will give you his phone number. Call him Monday Mornings and he will go to the fighting dojo in Saffron City.
