To find the Moss rock in Pokemon Diamond, go into Eterna forest, and bring loads of max repels with you. Go deep in the forest and you'll find a stone that looks like it cn be smashed, but it can't. Go up to it and use a rare candy on your Eevee. It will level up, and will evolve into Leafeon.
(the stone is tucked away in a some whate small area on the left side of the forest when your character is facing up and away from your bottom screen of the DS)
***If you enter Eterna forest from route 205 it's not far in at all...keep to the left. :D
