this Pokemon does not exist in the game leafgreen leafgreen is a Third Generation game and the Pokemon mime jr only exists in the Fourth Generation games (Pokémon Pearl / Diamond).

You can get Mr. Mime by playing the game corner at Celadon City and getting 3,333 coins. Then you go next door and buy Mr. Mime. To get Mime Jr. you have to put Mr. Mime ( holding the odd incense for his item) in the daycare with a ditto to get an egg. When the egg hatches, it will be Mime Jr.

Mime Jr. cannot be found in Pokémon SoulSilver however you can find Mr. Mime in the Safari Zone and in Route 12 and then you can breed Mr. Mime with a Ditto while Mr. Mime is holding an Odd Incense and it will result into a Pokémon Egg that will hatch into Mime Jr.
