How do you get the nobody shield for goofy in kingdom hearts 2?

The nobody shield (also called the nobody guard) is a rare item that is dropped only by gambler nobodies.There is also another shield called the akashic record dropped only by the bookmaster heartless in Hallow Bastion.

It's obtained from the Gambler Nobodies, but the tricky part is, I don't think you can get it from just defeating them. While battling one, it will often try to engage you in a dice or card game (activated through a reaction command). If you win, it will drop 100 munny, and may also drop a Nobody Guard.
