I know what Ur talking about because there are electric fences. look in all of the bins on each side of them then you will find Just 1 switch then go to the one on the right and look behind it. PS: if you find the other switch you have to start all over again

∙ 13y agolt. surge is at the power plant everyday from 9am to 11am after you catch zapdos at the power plant. zapdos is at the power plant after you have all 16 gym badges. Then you need yo go to the saffron city magnet train staion there he will want to trade you a french picachu for yours it will be the same level as yours

∙ 13y agoTo get to his gym you need the HM Cut and the 2nd badge to actually get to the gym leader in the gym you need to check the trash cans to find an electronic lock there are 2 of them once you find the first one look in the trash can next to the one that had the lock in it to find the 2nd one now take on LT Surge for the thunderbadge.
