you roll your air conditioner vents downwards and you grab the two air vents and pull towards yourself, becarefull when doing so you don't want to yank like hell cause you will most likely break the dash piece..but theres 4 clips one on each corner(rounded corner) once the frog like dash piece comes out poof theres your deck and you can remove the 2 screws and get in behind the CD deck to install a new deck...have fun...
