How do you make a Halloween birthday party for a 13 year old girl?

I had a Halloween party and we did a pinata, wraped each other in TP like a mummy, and everyone just wore a costume and my little siblings judged the costume contest (so they didn't feel left out and bug me). Then we just all danced to 'Halloween music' (ghostbusters, etc) and hung out. We didn't have to many decorations but we had a million balloons so popping them or playing vollyball with them was a good icebreaker. We made a lot of cupcakes and just left them out so we wouldn't have to all sit down with my mom and be all awkward.

! I am now 15, but I can still remember my 13 birthday party. My mother asked me what I wanted. In the previous years, I had just had it at my house or at the skater rink, etc. But I really wanted to make it big and wonderful this year. So, my mother checked me into a nice hotel. There was an indoor/ outdoor pool, a hot tub, a game room, nice beds, jacuzzi bathtub, flat screen TV, and Wi-fi. I invited 10- 20 girls. Even though only three showed up, we had Pizza, watched the season finale of a show, had cake, swam, went to the game room, ate a nice breakfast, and got on my computer. It was amazing. I loved it. We also iced my cake at the party. My friends said it was wonderful. One of them said the best part was whne we all iced the cake, one said it was when we went swimming at 2 AM, and the last one said it was when we had makeovers.
