You paint over it with a glossier finish or you put high gloss poly over it. There is NO other way to do it, hence the moniker flat paint.
Sand it with a very low grade sandpaper this should avoid deep scratching example a 1200 grade
Try mixing in a bit of fine powder. I've done it with baby talc.
Mix in about 1/2 teaspoon regular talcum powder per litre.
Add fine powder like talc.
try freezing it .doesnt allways work
Yes.
There are several different types of wall texture that can make it difficult to paint on, particularly walls that are not flat. Wallpapered or brick walls can be difficult.
The glossy paint makes it slippery!Another View: Paint (of any type) would tend to hide imperfections and cracks occurring in the wood, and might make an unsafe ladder appear to be safe.
Do you mean "ACRYLIC" paint?? Probably. Make sure the surface is clean. If it is glossy, you will need to sand it a little to rough it up so the the new paint has something to stick to.
A small amount of talcum powder.
Tremclad makes it in regular paint or spray. The spray is better, especially if sprayed over a flat white primer they also make.

It will get glossy for sure, they do make a satin clear this will Allow you to compound out light scratches. If you were going to try to rub the scratches out of satin or flat paint that area will get a gloss.Hope this helpsJimmy
sorry to be the barrier of bad news, but the only way is to but a semi gloss paint. or try playing around with different glazes.
Say good bye to that glossy look with a spray can. Some folks use clear, matte finish paint. You can see right through it to the color of the original finish, but the matte finish breaks up the "smoothness" and kicks that glossy look to the curb. Just about any hardware store will have it, and so will the big box outfits.
Great question! And that stuff DOES make spots on the walls. You need to make sure you spray in no closer than 5 feet from the walls and wipe it toward the wall from there. Be careful, and youll be fine. I wasnt and had to repaint the lower half of my walls
Take a bushigi then paint it orange (glossy) then add yellow stars

Well you can make it out of wood! You can also get some cardboard boxes and paint them white. Get another box to cut out walls for the dollhouse. Then paint the walls white. Next paint the walls the colour you want them. Then stick them in. When the paint is dry you can paint the floor and the walls which are the inside of the box. Then you can get some black paint and draw on doors. Finally you can make furniture out of household items or.................... u buy a doll, put it in a nut sack and let it sit down! lol
the best way to make texture paint works on walls is to use a textured roller or sponge.. they will give nice effects to walls and give you what you want..
