If your using card stock, or cardboard, the key is laminations & glue. (don't use flexible glues, use glues like plastic resin glues that dry hard) also depending on size: larger, more laminations. Smaller less laminations. If you want it as sturdy as a wood box, again more laminations, and you must glue both sides of all interior cardboards. Good-Luck

i have just set up my own handmade greting card business and although my sales are very few i can tell you the only way you are going to sell them is by advertising them. * get a website set up, even if its just a blog with a few pictures and contact details. mine is: www.millymollycards.co.uk * start advertising never stop advertising advertising is good. well it could be if people took notice to it. * pray for sales then pray again * sell to friends and family then sell to their friends and family. if you havent any friends then now is the time to make some. you need them to buy your cards. * posters everywhere and leaflets if you can afford them. * approach all shops and even hairdressers asking and begging them to sell your cards. try sale or return and see if that entices them. * keep your prices resonable yet high enough to make a profit. * then start praying again. hes bound to answer soon. Good luck need any more advice then just ask. i am akhilesh mani i am making handmade greeting cards and sell contect leeway handmade card uttrakhand, 246001,india +919719712623 habu_mani@yahoo.com
