The best way to see what a piercing will look like without getting it done (or to get a photo of you or someone so it looks like a piercing) is to buy a couple of threaded balls and/or a ball closure ring (aka captive bead ring) - go to a piercing studio and ask them, the jewellery shouldn't be too expensive.
Then use some fake eyelash glue to glue the balls to your face (hmmm… that didn't sound quite right!) in the place you'd want the piercing(s) or take the ball/bead out of the ring and hook the ring onto your nose/lip/wherever then take a photo. I'm a complete n00b at photoshop, so I wouldn't have a clue where to start with photoshopping!!

There are two ways that you can put your band's logo on a picture. The first way is to add the logo to the picture before it is printed, using a program such as Photoshop. The other way to do it is to have a stamp made with your logo and stamp the picture with it.
Well I for one wouldn't be using lemon on any oral piercing let alone a tongue piercing, acetic acid or citric acid will irritate the piercing if it's new. Think about reviewing your written aftercare instructions your professional body piercer provided for you.
Best not to mess with it your self, go see your piercer and for a small fee they can open the piercing using an insertion taper which will stretch the piercing without damaging it.
No rook or any cartilage piercing for that matter will not reject or migrate because it's held in place by the cartilage it self. It will get annoyed and cranky if you are using aftercare products that are reacting to your body. So stop using all the woo woo magic stuff and just flush the piercing with lots of warm water daily and see if the piercing settles down. If it does then you were reacting to the aftercare stuff and the mystery is solved.
Remove wiring harnesses, unbolt it, remove from engine. Install new alternator, apply tension using bar, bolt it, hookup wiring harnesses.
By using Photoshop or Picnik. And Apple also has some apps that will let you put fake piercings on pictures.
You can find a beginners guide for using Adobe Photoshop at www.pegaweb.com. It will give you step by step instructions on what to do.
try GIMP its free
Try following the aftercare instructions you were given by your piercer first, I think you will find you should not be using anything not listed in the instructions.
You first need to create a "mask" (Photoshop has a special name for these that I don't recall at this moment). Then using the mask you can tell Photoshop to convert the unmasked portion of the photo from color to black and white.
By using photoshop of course
No and more over why?? If the piercing was done by a professional body piercer using a needle and the proper jewellery in concert with you following your aftercare instructions the piercing should be fine. If this want the case then you were taken in by who and where ever did your piercing, go get your money back.
If you are in search of an image editor I would recommend Maya or Photoshop both you have to pay for but are brilliant and are used by professionals, but if you don't have such funds use G.I.M.P. Gimp is free and is similar to Photoshop. To fufill your task Using Photoshop or GIMP you would;Use the first layer as the explosion. Edit it to your liking using various filters and scale it to your preferred size.Go to Layer, New Layer. Then you are able to put your picture on top and edit it.

Free picture editing is an easy task. All it really means is that you change the picture to your desires without using paid-for software such as Photoshop. I would recommend Paint.Net for free image editing.
The correct word is "Photoshop." Photoshoping is a word used specifically to refer to using the Adobe Photoshop software to edit your image, and Photoshop is not free, but you can get a 30 day fully functional trial for it by signing up for the trial of Adobe's Creative Cloud service. There are free alternatives to Photosphop if using Photoshop for your image editing is not absolutely critical. Gimp is constidered one of the best free alternatives, although it might be lacking some of the features Photoshop has.
You can't. But you can edit your pictures using gimp or photoshop (Go on Youtube for some tutorials) and then your profile picture will look great :3
