Not all anorexics "look" the part, per say. Some don't have as drastic weight loss, or naturally have a thin frame so it doesn't look as noticeable on them. Also, many anorexics take steps to rpevent the appearance of it, such as using creams to diminish chances of dry / flaky skin, extra conditioner to prevent hair loss, and baggy clothes, for example, to hide some of the weight loss.
