Cats are very un-cooperative in this regard. I now think it's best to be relaxed about this and cut the hair that is matted, rather than attempting to put any kind of solvents on.
RAL was started in 1925 in Berlin. Its expansion is Reichsausschuss fur Lieferbedingungen (National Board of Supply condition). The first colour chart was released in 1925 as RAL 840 with 40 colours. More info in www.ral.de L. Krishnan

A person who hunts animals for their fur is called a fur trapper.
Earthworms have no fur or hair of any kind. You may be confusing them with caterpillers, which are worm-like larval forms of insects, that do have fur (but fur of the insectile variety, composed of chitin rather than keratin, unlike animal fur).
CatWell, they have a varies of fur colors and eyes. The fur color can be black, white, brown, orange, red, yellow, gray, and silver. Their eyes can be dark brown, yellow, silver, blue, green, and orange. (Classmate saw a cat with orange eyes.) A cat's personality can reflect their breed, too. Like stubborn, playful, sneaky, grumpy, happy, or very curious, which they mostly are. They have pointy ears. Some breeds might not have fur at all! They have 5 "toes" on each paw. They have four legs and a long tail. (Some may not have any tails at all or bob-tailed.)Well, this is as much as I can describe it. Hope this helps!
Shave the cat.
If you take in your cat for a grooming session, you will notice that they do remove all of the mats in the cat's fur. As far as price, you have to discuss that with your local pet grooming shops.
You can brush laundry powder from a cat's fur using a thick-brittle brush. Brush gently, but firmly, for about 10 minutes. The cat will probably enjoy it.
Paint thinner should work but be very careful not to get it on the skin or in the eyes. You could also try mayonaise first. If neither of these works, then shave the hair that is affected off, it will grow back.
If it's an aggressive cat, calm it down as much as possible, and be as gentle with the fur as you can. Another good idea would be to do it while the cat is half asleep.
Fur covers the cat.
a cat pulls out its fur because it has something irrtating it. your cat could have allergies we had a cat at my job who had allergies and would pull out her fur because it was itchy
You probably can't find real cat fur on Ebay. Maybe if you are really lucky someone will be selling cat fur but that is pretty unlikely.
Actually, this should be "The cat licked its fur". "It's" is a shortened version of "it is", so would not work correctly in this sentence. "Its" is usually used when something belongs to something else, like the fur belongs to the cat.
All cats have fur.
Cats don't eat fur, it licks its fur in order to clean itself. Loose fur and skin are caught by the bristles on the cat's tongue and are swallowed. Some of it is digested, some will be brought back up as a hairball.
There are a few cat breeds which are consider hairless or with minimum fur, if that is what you are looking for. The Bambino cat, Donskoy cat aka Don Sphynx, Dwelf cat, Peterbald cat, Sphynx cat and last but not least the Ukranian Levkoy cat.
