Do them one at a time, matching length to new one. Try also to match routing of the wire on the engine. On a V6, the back three may require transfer of cylindrical metal shields on plug end from old wires. These back ones can be hard to remove, since they can be stuck on and not much space between the head and the firewall for leverage. Twist them on the spark plug to loosen first. Put a small dab of dielectric grease in each boot to aid removal the next time, which also protects against moisture.

The ignition module is located under the three ignition coils. The same bolts that hold the coils in place also retain the module to the mounting bracket. To find the coils, follow the ignition wires from the front of the engine to where they attach at the rear. The wires clip to the coils.
