Just some background if it helps. I bought a new pack of ultrafine expo dry erase markers and only one of them actually works but only on a specific part of the writing tip. I thought I'd see if anyone knows why and how to fix it on here.

Dry erase markers - it can erase off of anything, like Boards, Hands, etc... Wet Erase markers - it will be a little harder for people to take off of anything.
Sharpies are the leading permanent marker brand! if you use Clorox to try to remove it on a dry erase board, it will simply get discolored. Try nail polish remover. Quote. If it is a water based marker, dip the tip into warm water, then cap it again. Let it alone for a couple of days, then try it. It should work again nicely.
To seal Copic marker into canvas, a special tool called an embossing gun can be used. It looks something like a hair dryer and gets very hot. Use a back and forth motion on low to dry the Copic marker on a canvas object.
To revive a dry erase marker, try dipping the tip in rubbing alcohol or whiteboard cleaner to dissolve any dried ink. You can also store the marker upside down with the cap on to help the ink flow towards the tip. If these methods don't work, it may be time to replace the marker.

You can I get a low-fume dry erase marker at any Staples store. You can also check walmart. They should some too. You can even check the dollar stores too.
