Islam is a religion not a language. Muslims; who are the followers of Islam religion; are spread all over the world and speak their home country languages. The language of Quran revelation by Allah (God in English and same God in Judaism and Christianity) to prophet Muhammad through the angel Gabriel (or Jibril) was in Arabic language (not in English). More importantly, perhaps, no language (other than English) uses the "x" as a "ks" sound if it is used at all. Therefore, "Islamic Words" which would primarily come from Arabic would not have "x"s in them.
