For rear, use a standard Phillips screwdriver 1 DO NOT RIP OFF THE SPEAKER GRILL simply pop it out, just use a little muscle and the top half should come right off. 2 It is very easy from then on, Un screw the four screws, take the speaker out(it will be magnetized to the upper trunk so use some force) 3 Unhook the wire clips.
In the fuse box. Take the bolts and wiring loose from the rear fo the radio under the dash. Then pull off the knobs and remove the nuts under there and work it out .
take old ones out put new ones in
Remove the door and window handles tehn all of the screws you can find then the retainers on the sides and bottom of the door. The handles and retainers may require special tools available at the parts store.

AnswerIf the 6x9 speakers are behind the back seat take the covers out look for screws,if you don't see any open the trunk and you should be able to do it from there.Try to use Toyota speaker adapter plugs so you don't need to cut wires and mess the electric system up. You can get them from Ebay or Amazon.
take out the cover, be careful its cardboard, use something flat like a screwdriver.
For the front speakers you need to take off the dash pad and the rear speakers you need to take off the rear speaker panels.
all you do is pull on the cover and it comes right out and when you put cover back on it snaps right back in
the rear seat back will probably have to come out and then you have to take the rear package tray out to get to the bolts holding the speakers in.
open your trunk and you will see the speakers take the screw out and pull your speakers out
Remove the mesh grille from the speakers, they just pop out. The screws holding the speakers in will then be exposed. Remove these screws and take speakers out.
Front & Rear Doors take only 6x8 speakers
In trunk the felt below the speakers is removable by a couple of friction buttons. Take them out and then unscrew the speakers and disconnect the wires.
First take out the lower rear seat cushion. Then remove the rear seat back. Loosen the clips on the plastic panels that cover the rear pillars. You should then be able to remove the carpeted cover and get to the speakers.
take the old ones out and put the new ones in. :)
