Most of the time a quick jerk of the steering wheel either to the left or right helps.

Another thought, try to step on the brake. To release the turn on my car I have to press the break peddle to get it to move.

How do you unlock the steering wheel on 1983 300D when the key won't budge out of the locked position?

The steering wheel and key are linked together for anti-theft purposes. Try turning the wheel hard one way and see if the key becomes loose - can turn or be withdrawn. If no luck, try turning the wheel hard the other way. ***** Mine was tied to the electric system. My wife pulled the electric seat controls off of the door by closing it to hard. I had to rewire those first then the ignition unlocked. Good Luck.

Where to locate Door lock and power window fuse on a 2003 Toyota tacoma pu?

Hi, I'm not answering this question because I also need to know the answer. I have the exact same problem on my 03 Tacoma. The window and door lock controls stopped working. I was in zero degree weather and the windows were frozen shut. I tried to roll one down and it didn't budge, and I'm guessing a fuse blew. But when I looked at both fuse boxes, nothing seems to have blown and none of them were marked for these controls. Please let me know if you find out the answer... Thanks, Tom N.

How do you remove the battery from a 2001 Chevrolet Suburban if it won't lift up or budge after removing all the visible clamps?

Look at the bottom of the battery for a clamp that fastens to the bottom of the battery. The clamp is on the windshield side of the battery not the grill side. It is fastened to the body of the vehicle with a bolt that once removed will allow the battery to be lifted out of its position.

What events can produce an earthquake?

The earth's surface is made up of tectonic plates that float across the magma beneath. They can drift together, apart, or side by side. Whenever these plates collide, they push against each other with great force, and when they finally budge free they snap back so violently the kinetic shock wave shakes the surrounding land.
