Your brain works in 2 ways: slow and fast. the brain has about 1000 quintillion(10^18) neurons which process data at what i think is close to the speed of light (i am not sure the speed of light thing)

Example of fast thinking:Look through the window. You may see people walking.

Maybe one of them is holding a briefcase. Your fast thinking says that this man is probably going to his job. Maybe he is walking a little faster on which we could assume he is late for this job.

Example of slow thinking: This is rather easy to explain. Try and solve this: 23*54. this engages slow thinking as when ur brain tries to find the answer in the quickest amount of time. this takes up a lot of energi from u and concentraces your brain only to this task. that is why 95% of the people trying to solve this task while reading this could not see that i have made some grammar fails.

A cool fact that i found online is that the brain actually named itself and that the brain is a group of atoms trying to understand itself.

Another thing that, like the grammar fail, 90% of the people could not see: When i was talking about fast thinking, i only said a little to fully understand it, which i could do with slow thinking. But, some of you might have noticed that i said it would be rather easy to explain slow thinking but actually i said more about it than fast thinking.

Also look at this sentence : "Another thing like that, like the grammar fail, 90% of the people could not see:" Look at it. If you find something strange, then well done. But if you don't know what is it about this sentence look down and see.

I deliberately mentioned "like the grammar fail" as i was mentioning a similar thing. I said 95% of the people could not see the grammar fail before, BUT, when i was to say the other thing i said "90% could not see:" Most of you could not see that i changed from 95% to 90%.

50% of you could understand that the past few stuff i said was me playing with your mind AND the other 50% were engaging slow thinking by thinking i was to trick them by saying 95% based on the previous test thus didn't read this sentence to the end. Yes im talking to you, random reader!

Thank you for reading this and not just read the first part and jump to the end like i would suspect about 40% of the people engaging fast thinking to read this as soon as possible.

THANKS!!! =)

How do you know your brain works?

You will know if your brain works by being alive and thinking and solving problems. If your brain is not working, you might stop breathing or be unable to think or remember things. If you are able to question whether or not your brain works, your brain probably works pretty well.
