Lol customer retention? Walmart doesent need to retain their employees they have stacks of resumes from high schoolers and landed immigrants. They can dismiss their entire staff and have em all replaced the same day and still come out on top. Other than that they use promises of pay raises and better shifts which rarely happens, you litterally have a better chance of getting a pot of gold from catching a leprichan.
