If you don't mind, I will direct you to Canary Wharf. Take a Piccadilly Line train to Green Park and change for the Jubilee Line to Canary Wharf. If you have a lot of luggage, you might want to avoid the steps and busy crowds at Green Park. In that case, I suggest you change at Hammersmith for an eastbound District line train, then change at Westminster for the Jubilee line. Westminster station has lifts (as do Canary Wharf and all three Heathrow stations), and at Hammersmith you can just walk across the platform.
