I've been using Kwal Paint for different exterior and interior projects and I can tell that this is a great regional brand. It's probably not well known in the retail market but between contractors and designers is a great brand we've been using for a while, the best quality and at a very competitive price.
Kwal has a large offer for zero or low VOC which is great for my customers that required high quality standards and I understand it has different levels on quality depending the different needs.
I can truly recommend it to anybody who is looking for good paint and not watery ones. The stores can help you matching any color you need! I love the great customer service they have offered me and my colleagues.
