Well, at some point the universe was supposed to be smaller than what the Heisenberg Uncertainty Principle states we can measure, so one or the other of these concepts is wrong. I'm just a math guy so someone else will ahve to figure out where the mistake is.
whats the principal lines of latitude
In business, a principal is a person with primary authority and responsibility to make decisions. The principal is often an owner, operator, partner or high-ranking manager. In a principal-agent relationship, the principal also directs the actions of an agent who carries out activities for the organization.
The earth's core principal ingredient is magma.
Principle is something you stand for. Principal is a person, like the principal of a school. They are both nouns. "Principal" can also be an adjective meaning "first in order of importance."
Help
I think you are referring to the 3 quantum numbers, n, l m; principal azimuthal and magnetic. Together with the spin quantum number they "define" an electron- but I would hesitate to call this the electrons location- Heisenbergs uncertainty principle gets in the way of a simultaneous knowledge of energy and location.

This is due to Heisenberg's principal of uncertainty.
The Uncertainty Principal
In 1927 Werner Karl Heisenberg published his uncertainty principle stating that you cannot know the precise location of a particle and know its momentum at the same time.
The Uncertainty Principal, which states that we cannot know the momentum AND position of an electron at the same time. The consequences of this are quite vast; by looking at something, we are actually changing its result.
It is probably true for your purposes. Sudhan, Newton's third law does hold true in other frames of reference too. The only case where it doesn't appear to hold true has been explained with quantum field theory. Take, for example, the laser cavity. What causes spontaneous emissionof radiation initially? Well, the action seems to be totally random and, therefore, an action without cause. It was then realised that this cause did exist in the form of virtual photons popping into existence and disappearing again in such a short time that the uncertainty principal isn't violated. Remember, conservation of energy and momentum can be violated as long as the uncertainty principal isn't! Anyway, the only case where Newton's third law doesn't hold true is that these virtual photons seem to appear and disappear without cause. This is in the process of being tested against a version of string theory that may offer an explanation.
The Heisenberg Uncertainty Principle states that it is impossible to know both the position and momentum of an electron within at atom's electron cloud. As soon as you determine one property, the other is rendered invalid by your means of measurement.
Vice-principal
it is called a principal
principal's office is correct
