Do you mean per day?
If so, most UK secondary schools start at about 9am and finish between 3-4pm. So roughly about 6.5 hours a day.
Hope this helps (:
It depends how on the location, the school and many other factors. If that is their only job they will try to teach as much as possible, as that is how you get paid. If you own the school, you will be working on advertising, arranging demo's and trying to attract students to the school. There are taxes and other aspects of contracts, licensing, leases, health code and accounting to deal with. I typically 'work' about 6 hours a week as an instructor, four of it actually teaching and two dealing with paperwork and related items. That doesn't count the time I spend training on my own or with my instructors.
Gift cards are like money; you can spend them at will, however many of them you may have.

No. Children spend most hours of their day at school, and afterwards have many hours of homework. If school days were to be longer, homework should be banished allowing children to be able to socialise
Since there are about 175 school days in a year, it would be 1,400 hours, divided by 24, is about 60 days worth of school hours.
In my many years of school I on average spend 15 hours of study time weekly (5 days per week{3hrs a day.})I am an average student i have a B+ GPA and in my opinion i do pretty darn well.

It varies. When children start school at the age of seven, they normally have three to five hours a day. From there, it gradually increases, but never more that eight hours, generally the maximum being seven. This is during the first nine years of school.
After finishing necessary things that you are supposed to do, spend as many hours as possible until you get reallytired.
