I'm sure quite a bit. Most A.I. programmers I've seen get paid a fair amount; 70-80k starting. The pay is so high because many people can program Video Games, applications, web apps, but there is a small group of people who can do A.I., of course, with a huge demand.
I would check with whatever company you're planning on working for to be certain.
