Very likely a copy--mass-produced in the 1960s on textured canvas, everyone thinks their copy of "Evita" by Spanish painter Jose Puyet is an original, that which is probably hanging on the wall of some ancient and wealthy family in Madrid and would be well into the $15k - 30k range, yours is only worth about $25, maybe $50 if it is in excellent condition.
