The question can't be answered... If you don't want to say what your daughter's name is, how many letters? What style of lettering? How big? One color or several? Geographical location?
Even if you had provided the answers to those questions, and 100 different artists answered, you'd get 100 different answers. There is no industry standard concerning pricing, and you don't always get what you paid for...
Your best bet is to first ask for, then check the references for tattoo artists in your area. Once you've found an artist with many positive references, discuss all of the design options with them, and ask them for a price.
