However if a disease like Rheumatoid arthritis is left untreated it is capable of completely crippling and deforming many of your joints as well as effecting many other organs of the body, Brains, vascular, heart, lungs, eyes, and others and put you in a position where the quality of your life becomes so poor that dying may seem a reasonable option. There are dangers also in the side effects of the drugs used in the treatment of RA that can lead to potentially life threatening conditions. If left unchecked Joints can become so badly damaged that they may require replacement and conditions can come about leading to bone , muscular and nerve damage.
