First you need a long strip of thin elastic that can wrap all the way around your head,then you will needsmall 'fake' flowers (you can find them at the dollar store in boquets,just cut the flowers off of the boquet.),Then you will need a hot glue gun. You can find all of these materials at your local craft store.
