Not really. However, one day you may come "home" and find that you are locked out and your stuff is elsewhere. Or, possibly, the lease may have been automatically renewed since there was no response from you. Best to come clean with the landlord and make arrangements, including paying rent. Also, you may have some deposit money coming back if you move. This definitely won't get better while you wait to take care of this.
i dont know call your realestate agent!
no dont worry it has no effect
In all states the legal age to rent an apartment will be the age of majority/age of consent. it's usually 18. It is possible to rent an apartment as a minor provided you live with an adult and you have a co-signer.
The legal age of majority for the state is 18.
That depends on the apartment! Some have all utility's included and some dont. Some include heat but not electricity With all apartments you have to pay your own phone bill. But some include basic cable. Most all apartment in my town include water and garbage pickup. You may want to get renters insurance to cover your personal property. But most renters do not pay property insurance or taxes. Some landlords charge extra for pets if allowed. You need to ask the landlord of the apartment you are looking at whats included and whats not. And consider what services you want? Do you want a phone? Or cable tv? Or high speed Internet? In short most renters just pay rent and some or all utility's

Is your name on the lease? If so it probably is illegal. But if it isn't then you probably have no legal recourse in this case.
Some rental agencies will ask for a credit check so yes. Your just going to have to look around and see what they ask for. Dont volunteer any info.
yes
Without a lease, you dont legally have to pay anything. Who ever is on the lease is responsible for the rent...and is also responsible for dividing the shares of the rent between the roomates. Keep in mind though, that if you dont pay rent then the person on the lease can remove you at any time.
Its theftYou cant have it if you dont have a credit cardWe dont know you!
Not typically. Rent a wreck type places might do it but Im sure you would pay far more than the car is worth to lease it for that long. Dont get me wrong, YOU CAN if you are willing to pay enough and have great credit. But leasing a new car for 9 months would be cost-prohibitive.
It will generally be left at the apartment offices. Otherwise it may be returned to sender.
