Evict the mother who gave you birth?!!!!!
Never heard of anybody paying rent two years in advance. But, yes, if there is a reason. The landlord surely would have to pay back the unused portion of rent, but, if the tenant is violating the lease, he can be evicted. Serious violations, like damaging the premises, selling drugs, running a house of prostitution, setting the place on fire, having a pit bul, or even just smoking could easily result in an eviction, even with that much rent paid in advance.
30 days in writing if by notice you mean eviction
A landlord that has a choice of renting to a person who has a repo and a person who doesnt will likely choose the NON repoed person. Why?? They manage to PAY their bills SOMEHOW. YES, it LOWERS your credit score making it harder to get credit. Rent is a form of credit.
YES. This will show up on your credit report as "Landlord/Tenant history". This will stay there for 7-10 years!
A landlord may legally evict any time you are late with the rent. Even if you are just one day late one time.
Given proper notice, a landlord can evict you for whatever reason. He could opt not to renew your lease if you have one, or otherwise terminate your residency with proper notice.
If the tenant is following the instructions given on a lease, or is following any written instructions on how, where, and when to pay the rent, and is doing so on a timely basis, then there is no reason the landlord can evict them. If the landlord has contracted a real estate agent to collect the rent on their behalf, and the tenant is paying the real estate agent in accordance to the instructions on the lease, then the tenant is not responsible for any rent the real estate agent has not paid the landlord. Otherwise, the basic rule is that the tenant must pay the landlord the rent every month, and is responsible to see that the landlord is paid in accordance to the terms on the lease.
It will be severely damaged for 10 years.
Evict the mother who gave you birth?!!!!!
If there is a provision on the lease which requires that your carpet be cleaned six months prior to the expiration of the lease, then the landlord has the right to enforce those provisions. Additionally, if the carpet is damaged or dirty because of obvious abuse by the tenant and not the cause of normal wear and tear on the carpet, the landlord has the right to demand that the carpet be cleaned. However, if the carpet was not brand-new, then whatever dirt or damage occurred to it is measured according to wear and tear by the age of the carpet. Carpeting of five years of age or older is usually deemed to have reached its maximum age, for which the landlord has no claim. Finally, the landlord may not keep your entire security deposit simply because you didn't clean the carpet: he can only deduct the cost of cleaning the carpet from the security deposit. I doubt that your landlord can evict you simply because your carpet is dirty. If you have only been in your apartment for six months and your landlord evicts you because the carpet is dirty, then I would take pictures and present them to court to fight your landlord.

In most cases, only your landlord or their authorized representative can legally evict you from a property. However, certain parties like property management companies or court officials may be involved in the eviction process on behalf of the landlord. It is important to know your rights and seek legal advice if you are facing eviction by someone other than your landlord.
