He painted the seated woman because he was bored......
A primed case will sit flat when placed on a level surface. If it rocks, the primer needs to be seated deeper.

There was not a "Resurrection Dinner", per say. The eleven remaining disciples (sans Judas Iscariot) were gathered, mourning the death of Jesus, in Jerusalem. Jesus is said to have appeared amongst Them. They thought Jesus was a ghost, until He asked for food. He was given a broiled fish. Hardly a dinner, however it is the only time when food was eaten, post-Crucifixion, that was attended by Jesus and The Disciples. If You are referring to the Last Supper (pre-Crucifixion) there were thirteen men seated at the table; Jesus and all twelve of the male disciples. Bear in mind that there were also female disciples, Mary Magdalene being foremost of Them. However, according to Jewish traditions of the day, the female disciples would not have been seated with them; They would have been there to serve the food.
no, Jesus was there with his 12 disciples. Read the Bible for questions like this. It answers many questions. Yes, she was; this answer is wrong. Jesus told his disciples to follow a man with a pitcher of water to ask where he could eat the Passover with his disciples. His disciples included Mary Magdalene, the other Mary, Luke who wrote the Bible book, Matthias who was there from the beginning, till that time, Acts 1, etc. Both before Jesus was taken and after his disciples met in a single room, at first with the door locked for "fear of the Jews". -- I'm sorry, but no where is there any mention in the Bible of Mary Magdelene being at the Last Supper. Nor who the two disciples were that went to find the man with the pitcher of water. It does specifically say the 12 Apostles were seated with Christ at His table and never mentions anyone else being there. Could other disciples possibly have been in the room? No one knows for sure, but anyone saying definitively that others were present would simply be guessing, as there is no evidence in the Bible to support it.

No. If a woman is seated when the gentleman is introduced to her, she remains seated. If the woman is standing, it is not necessary for her to be seated. When a woman is introduced to a seated man, however, he is expected to rise.
