The bird is often referred to as a raven, but that is false because the bird is not solid black. So it could be Satan or just a bird. The tree's fruit has eyes on it , all seeing. The female figure to the right has the same eyes on her dress. I think she is God. . Since Klimt revered women, perhaps he was being controversial by making God appear female.
