I suggest you check for power at the harness. The relay will cut of power after about 4 to 5 seconds but should be enough to test the power there. I took a light bulb that has the wire prongs and insert one to the grey wire, and one to the black wire. When you turn the key it should light then turn off when the relay cuts off the power. If you do have power there, then the problem can be either the harness on the fuel pump or the harness connector on the fuel pump, (the one that has 4 prongs), You may interchange the old harness to check.
