no certainly not.... it shopuld under 100 at all times at rest, and the closer to 60 the better.... but if u are overweight, out of shape you smoke and drink a lot of caffeine... this is reaping you have sown. but hopefully it isn't a dangerous arrhythmia... and it certainly could be.
