Yes. He is a rather famous. He was one of the original cartoonists/sketch artists for Playboy magazine. He created, among other things, "the femlin".

LeRoy Neiman's "Portrait of a Lion" is a beautiful piece of fine art that is available in a wide variety of forms from postcard to limited edition serigraph, ranging in price from $5.95 to $24,000.
The LeRoy Neiman commemorative decanters of Satinwood blended whiskey from 1979 came in three versions - basketball, baseball, and football. All three, in mint condition, never opened, and sold together may be worth $500-$700. For one of the three, the value is probably closer to around $100.
The value of art depends on many variables. Is it actually a poster, or is it a print? What is the title? Is it limited or open edition? If it is limited, what was the size of the edition? Has it been signed by the artist? What sort of condition is the art in? In general, posters are the least valuable. If you know the name of the poster, you can look it up on the internet. Based on the condition of your particular piece, you should then be able to make an educated guess on the value.

I have this print and was told that it is actually a canvas transfer. Worth a few hundred dollars but probally not much more than that. In addition, it was a freebee given out as part of a Playboy Key gift package in 1967 so I suspect you may be right as I don't think that Playboy was going to give out an expensive print with a Playboy key a bottle of wine an the print for $25. You are correct in that the print of this painting is valued at a few hundred dollars. A limited edition serigraph of this painting would fetch somewhere in the neighborhood of $4,000.
