There is some mention in documents surrounding Ra that almonds may be helpful in relieving or avoiding the condition, However it has not been taken up in a big way by sufferers of RA, I have had problems with the symptoms of RA for many years and I am quite partial to almond and have never noticed any effect one way or the other.
