Coconut milk is low in purine and should not be problematic in the production of uric acid. Uric acid is a waste product produced by the body during the breakdown of purine, a substance found in the body's cells and in virtually all foods.

No pure dairy foods are just about the only foods that have no purines. Ie they are not made up of living cells, if there are no purines then there is no uric acid created as a result of their consumption. as soon as you start to add live cultures like yogurt the purine content geos up.
