It more of a neutralized yellow, depends on more on the shade. Yellow is a pure warm color. The more of a neutral color is mixed with yellow the duller it becomes.

Is fire hot or cold?

HotFunny thing is is that blue fire is a "cool" color and is hotter than "warm" colr (orange)

Examples of warm and cool colors?

Warm colors can be remembered as being close to the sun. Red, orange, and yellow are warm colors. In contrast, cool colors are those close to the sea; green, blue, and purple are cool colors. Brown, black, and white are neither "warm" nor "cool."

When warm colors are placed next to cool colors what happens?

When warm colors are placed next to cool colors, the warm colors seem to move toward the viewer and the cool colors seem to move away from the viewer. This means that placing warm and cool colors next to each other creates a sense of depth.

What is temperate colors?

Temperate colors are colors that are obtained by linking both sides of the color wheel. For example if you linked yellow, and orange from the warm side, with green from the cool side.

What color makes maroon?

Do you want a warm shade of maroon, or do you want it to be cool-something to consider. Cool: Start with a primary red color, of course. Add a small amount of primary blue (you can always add more later, but too much will make purple), and then add black until you achieve the tone or value of maroon that you desire. Warm: Same as above, except instead of the blue you would use a small amount of primary yellow to achieve a warm maroon that will have a hint of a brown color as its base (you can not add brown itself to it, as it is not a primary colour and will create mud).
