most people say its vandelism.. However... isn't the whole point of art expression? and if it is a form of expression and feelings exerted in art isn't the artist making a statement by putting it where he or she wants? Isn't that what makes graffiti unique and different? Sure there is a point where it is considered vandelism.. but aren't their certain positions where it should be considered art as well? ?

depends where you put it. if you put it on someones house or something that's vandalism, but some people have jobs making murals of graffiti =]
The statement in the passage that weakens the argument that graffiti art makes an important contribution to communities is "However, graffiti art can sometimes be seen as vandalism and illegal activity." This statement suggests that graffiti art is often perceived negatively by society, which undermines its potential positive impact on communities. Additionally, the mention of graffiti being illegal implies that it may not be welcomed or valued by authorities or community members, further weakening the argument for its importance.
Yes, doing graffiti on someone else's property is illegal unless you have permission. It's call vandalism.
Yes grafitti is art. It is letter styling, but on walls
That depends. Some graffiti (e.g. Sheperd Fairey, Banksy) is meant to be art, and it can definitely be considered art. But a person's nickname in bubble letters on the side of a building is not art at all. yes it is quit hating.

Graffiti can be considered a form of vandalism when it is done without permission, such as on private property or public spaces. However, some graffiti artists create pieces with artistic value and obtain approval to showcase their work in designated areas, blurring the line between vandalism and legitimate art.
graffiti is
Graffiti is only vandalism when it is created without commission on private property or in public places where it is not a protected art form. Many cities have laws that protect graffiti in certain places, like Venice Beach and 5Pointz in Queens. Graffiti art itself is not vandalism and is not illegal. There have been several well-known gallery shows featuring graffiti around the world, design houses like Elite Gudz that expand on art form to include fine art and comics, and books that showcase and analyze public street art, and books like The Faith of Graffiti that focus on pieces and graffiti art theory.

It depends on where it is drawn. If it is drawn on a place where the artist has permission, it is simply art. If it is drawn on somewhere where the artist does not have permission to draw, it is vandalism.
The main difference between graffiti and mural art is that graffiti is often done without permission and can be seen as vandalism, while mural art is typically done with permission and is considered a form of public art. Graffiti is usually smaller in scale and can be more abstract, while murals are larger and often depict specific subjects or themes.
its where people mess stuff up with their graffiti....Added: Vandalism
vandalism
around 75% of the population think that it is vandalism but other people like my self think it is art which the artist is trying to cooperate with his work and he is showing his thoughts and feelings.
