Yes it is.. and quite serious also. Is that your resting heart rate? I went to the doc yesterday for a check up.. My resting heart rate was 144 (i"m 21).. the doc said I have extreme tachycardia. I have to go back today for a next set of test to be done.. U should see a doc asap if that's your resting heart rate. Also if you're experiencing dizziness, back pains and chest pains.
Yes. Its not a huge problem tho.
if it does not go away or improve in like an hour you should go to the hospital. try splashing cold water on your face. and breathing deeply. Not a huge problem.
But definitely get help in you fell like vomiting or start to faint.
If it happens again talk to ur doctor next time.
Dont worry about it to much

This depends on whether it is the resting pulse rate or the pulse rate after exercise. Also, age will matter significantly. As a resting heart rate, 111 is not a healthy adult heart rate. However, this is fine if the person is a child or the person has been doing any form of physical activity.
